Departments
Starting from a specific customer request or a general market demand, we are able to:
- Conceive and design a single product or a complete system with all its components;
- We can produce internally, or in close collaboration with our external suppliers, any type of equipment suitable for the production of a single product or system.
- We can produce in-house or in close collaboration with our external suppliers, any type of equipment suitable for the production of a single product or system.
- In our extrusion department there are twenty lines with different production capacities, which can produce small and large profiles in different materials: rigid and soft PVC, ABS, Polystyrene, Polypropylene, TPE, Wood Plastic Composite and all their sub-species.
- Finally, to offer a complete service to our customers, a special department is dedicated to the assembly of the various components to obtain the required finished product.
PVC Compounding
In this fully-automated department, from the unloading of the raw materials to the production of the semi-finished product, we are able to develop the granule that exactly meets the customer's specifications for the manufacture of PVC profiles. The required colours are also developed here using a computerised colour formulation system, which enables us to achieve the colour required by the customer within a short period of time and to monitor all production batches so that colour differences are always within the predefined tolerances.
Extrusion
• 20 extrusion lines equipped for co-extrusion, tri-extrusion, post-extrusion and in-line thermoforming;
• The extruders range from single-screw for the extrusion of small profiles, to parallel twin-screw, up to conical twin-screw that guarantee high extrusion quality and high production capacity for large profiles.
• In this department we can process around 5,000 tons of profiles per year, guaranteeing high quality and short production times.
• Rigid and/or plasticized PVC is the most used raw material in this department, but thanks to the experience of our men and the ductility of our plants, we can use many other raw materials including their subdivisions: ABS, Polystyrene, TPE, Polypropylene, PMMA, WPC.
Assembling
- The key to our success has been to be able to offer our customers not only a single profile, but a finished product that can be used immediately by the end customer without further assembly operations that take up valuable time.
- In this department, in addition to the assembly service, the absolute compliance of the product with the specifications agreed with the customer is guaranteed. The experience of our staff is able to intercept any discrepancies that may occur during the various stages of processing.
- Downstream of this department is our logistics department, which guarantees the continuous flow of products to our customers.
